What do you mean when beta arrives?

infinite-aion's beta will come soon and then all characters will be deleted..

What Araz means is that infinite-aion is now in alpha stage (test stage),
when it reaches beta stage all characters will be wiped, we will all start from scratch and the same thing applies to legions 2. But untill then we will be active ingame dont worry

so really, there isn't any point in playing now? Because theyre going to get wiped?

Well, u can see which class fits u best and some drop spots, u get a feeling of the game now so u can have a headstart when it goes beta

hmm I suppose, but knowing it will get wiped, won't be putting so much effort into it.. and i like mage, i always play mage on mmo's so think I'm staying with this

At beta stage all quest will be working along with campaign quests?

oh and is the legion international or it consists mainly of player from a specific country?

By the looks of it, international, but need to speak English obv.

And as for the wipe, probably when they have everything sorted, so won't be for a while.

To join this legion you must be able to speak english, nationality doesnt matter at all... dont worry da staff is international.. (not from one country) so everyone will be treated equally
& yes actually playing now makes no sense but you can test everything there is to test...

you have to choose the name you would like to have for your main Character... there will be an announcment on the first day beta arrives so you will have a big chance of getting the character name you would like

well you can discuss which name would fit you.. but you will have to be very quick ingame to get it.. there will be about 100 ppl every 1-2 hours creating a char when beta starts Sad
everyone has a free choice (except Sera & Arwen Very Happy)

Well as this is my join-request-post I'm posting any new char I'm testing if not online with Zimraphel. So...

Zimraphel: Sorcerer
Gorgorath: Ragner
Hippolytae: Cleric

Is there something wrong with the distance calculator between the char and the mob?
I played l2 and I used to play HE and be pretty good at kiting... but here mobs hit me although I see them at distance. Is it normal or its a bug of the server?
