Guild enabled in IA

1. Fixed bug with range. (Skill range, chat range, everything range )
2. Fixed a few bugs with private stores.
3. Fixed error with Asmo rifts.
4. Various quest fixes.
5. Legion support. (Basic permission support, more will come later)
6. Fix for root, it will now break when you do damage.
7. Fixed bug with manastones not removing the effect when you remove the manastone.
8. Fix for guards no longer being aggro after respawn.

This means that legion can be registered and we can recruit members and add em in our ranks ingame.

EDIT: Ok i registered the guild ingame, Alex when u'll be on sometime today pm me to hand u over the guild.
However there r some problems as its not fully implemented yet, the recruitment is kinda bugged
(when u try to recruit sm1 it auto declines) and if ur very lucky u might recruit eventually and the
other thing is that u cant dissolve the guild yet. Oh i almost forgot, there is a limit in the characters
of the guilds name, so we can use partially our name ("BlackEagle").

PS. I got rly pissed off, i hope they fix these things soon. Anyway, its only for testing right now since
when the server reach beta stage all guilds and characters will have to start over.

Invite me whenever I'm online, or if it is possible, whenever im offline too

But, when beta comes? do they deleted chars and legions..

Just be patient guys till the next update comes and fixes all the bugs in the legions, then i'll be able to give the legion to Alex and also we'll be able to recruit because now we cant, i've tried everything but nothing works, its a very common bug lots of legions have this issue, so patience till the next update, this mess should be fixed in a day or two.
